I think that we all rely on nostalgia a little bit. in the crazy world we live in today, it is important to remember how beautiful it is to be here and human — and I think that nostalgia is just as significant as it is to have hope. These are two themes that take the front seat in my work; staying strong in the face of it all by remembering how easy it used to be, and trying to create that again for those to come.

Growing up, much of the media I took in had a similar messages, something I think is strangely absent in our society today.
